Our apple cider vinegar is pure, unfiltered apple vinegar - made from apple cider and time.

Packaged in brown glass to preserve the quality of the product, because we don't filter before we bottle, you may find that there is some vinegar mother in your bottle. This is simply a sign of a living, breathing product.

To store for a long life, crack the seal on the bottle top to allow the vinegar to continue to breathe a little and store in a darkened location.
