G'day and Welcome to Snake Gully Cider.

Snake Gully Cider is producing commercial organic and non-organic, multiple apple variety, alcoholic drinking cider and cider vinegars, using a range of specialist Cider Apples as well as a wide range of Heritage and Commercial Apples. 

We are also working on increasing the range and availability of real Cider Apple varieties and we've got lots of specialist trees growing on beautifully now to help us with that.

Cider making, like anything that is good, takes time, so our first commercial range of drinking ciders is under our tender loving care at the moment - to be released just as soon as they are properly aged, matured, mellowed and ready to go!

Lots of people who are reading this site will know that we've been producing a big range of ciders for our own use for many many years now, and thanks to all those people and their constant complain.....errrrrr encouragement - we have formed a partnership that means that we can, finally, bring out our own commercial range!

We will also be expanding into complimentary apple chutneys, butters and condiments just as soon as the apples are available in the coming years.
