Maybe this should be subtitled, 1 Night, 4 people, 2 dogs and 1 Brilliant idea, but.....

As you know we've been making our own cider for many many years now.    

Partially this is because none of us {SHOCK HORROR} are really all that interested in drinking beer - even when we make our own. 

Yes we are Australian!  We don't mind some beer - we just don't drink Fosters!

We used to produce around 400 litres a year - depending upon storage more than anything else, and that would keep a couple of households going reasonably well, plus allow us to continue to produce the vinegar that many many people have acquired over the years.

So, this notorious night we finally decided, that enough talking was enough talking.  A cidery was what we all wanted, time to make it happen.....

2007 is rapidly becoming the Year of Getting On With It.
