Things are still ticking away slowly - we've done the first bottling of Sparkling Cider, followed by the next waiting for the Sparkling Cider to sparkle in the bottle.  Taste testings over the last couple of weeks show that we've got a lightly bubbling, very nice cider - we're really really pleased with it.
 
We've now got another 5,000 bottles to fill though
 
The Sparkling is now available via our online store here, it will be sold at the Monbulk Winery cellar door in the another month or so, and via Farmers Markets - many of you will have come across Pete and Silvia at the Slow Food Market in Collingwood, or maybe at Gembrook, Wandin North or many of the other places that they've popped up over the Summer.
