Well it's May and the 2008 batches of cider are happily bubbling away.  We'll be sorting out the varieties and the full range eventually and we'll let you know what will be available when as soon as we can.
 
In the meantime, there's also a batch of premium cider vinegar nearly ready to go.
 
We've also got the online shop just about ready to go and you'll be able to buy the vinegar via the shop / mail order and at the Healesville Farmers Market - every Saturday morning at the Yarra Valley Tourist Railway on Healesville-King Lake Road, Healesville.
