Do you make alcoholic cider?

Is there any other kind?  In some parts of the world the word 'cider' is used to mean both unfiltered apple juice and the fermented, and hence alcoholic, beverage made from it. In Australia, as in England, cider means only the fermented beverage.

We make cider in the English tradition, and it contains a fair bit of alcohol, sitting somewhere between beer and white wine on the scale.

Do You Make Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Apple Cider

Sorry, we don't.
